When you began again; which is something you do every moment you recognize your life...let go. Flow into the depths contained within your own living experience and follow the thread home to that which you have been asking for. Breathe and feel the energy of life enter your body and listen gently in. When you connect with that which you truly are no one will be able to tarnish the reflection you have of yourself in any way. Believe in the eternal validity of your SOUL. It is your life experiencing you as you expand ALL-THAT-IS through the creation of your asking. Be Well.

From Rest!

"So where have you been?" my wonderful "MY-I" asked. "Exploring the world of inner beauty while learning to trust the evidence that makes me; ME!" is my answer I say. How about you? Have you been day dreaming and feeling good about the unfolding of your creation, all the experiences your life has been offering you through your asking? Are you recognizing the value of tuning in to who you really are and getting your true perspective and power and within it finding your own permanence? Yes you are indeed wonderfully made even though not fully understood or explained. Allow that to be the beginning of your JOY of being if you have not yet found your own.

What are you waiting for?

When you realize the reflection has feeling you begin to recognize your power. It's in there. Waiting to burst forth and dazzle you with you. What in this world are you waiting for?

Quieting your mind from busy chatter can happen in the midst of it all. Breathe deep and let out the tension. Move the body parts you can and loving say to your self "I AM!" Just a few seconds focusing in. Just a few seconds whose results will have you feeling and seeing from your intuitive self. Trust yourself because unless you trust the evidence of your own experience what's the point?

Many say things that are profoundly great, yet go unheard amidst the drones of our belief systems. They go unnoticed, yet the thought they projected continues forward. To live the dream you must know who you are. When you know who you are, you can determine what you want, and what you ultimately want is why you are here. Life is! You are! Be OK with that right now, its what you have to begin the journey to that which you wish to become more of. Enjoy the journey.

Today, right now began to recognize the value of your being. Within it is the absoluteness that the validity of your existence intends to experience as yourself at this time. Think what lesson will bring you the most JOY, the most authentic expansion. And of course breathe.

Breathe and reflect. Pave your opportunities by thinking them into existence. Do this by focusing on what you would like. Stay focused on how you will feel, how you will expand your experience through just getting in touch with your own inner voice.
