Personal Power

When did you decide that someone or something else determined your direction as you navigate this experience called life? You have the power within you to think, feel, and do incredible things; participate in wondrous events; change the course of humanity with your choices for you. You can't give up cause you wake up ever day knowing that you indeed do have choices. Ask for what you want! Trust your personal power; it is truly the source of your connection with what you may believe is your SOUL.

Doing What You Do!

Some have called it stinking thinking; it's a personal barrier that distracts you, from what you say you really want. Actually you're the problem. Perhaps its time to start asking yourself..."WHAT DO I WANT?" Remebering that its a question and that any question contains its own answers. What's the problem...what you waiting for? Go do you! Have any and everything you want because you believe and FEEL like you all ready have it. Our universe is steeped in this reality...ask and it is given. Believe in who you are!

Dynamic Creation

Every wonder where all that stuff you have been asking for is? Or perhaps why it all seems to be happening in ways you can't agree with, analysis or understand; take a moment and look at your environment. You created what every circumstances, events, peoples or situations effecting your Life's flow and if you don't like it you can change it! Take a breath and appreciate the wonderful opportunity these dynamics have made available. It can be an indicator that more and better is near. Get busy; be at it.

Pain: What It Isn't

Nothing can hurt you unless you give it the power to do so. Find in the calm and quiet within your mind the thoughts that manifest your dreams. Be uniquely available and aware of your all-ness. Use your mind to promote through your thoughts that which you wish to enhance and become in your environment. If you are feeling pain its an indication you are not in line with those thoughts. Pain is a wonderful word full of meaning; with observation the power within it can began to change your world.

ALL ABOUT YOU!

All about you. Everyday in every encountered experience...its about you. Love you as much as you can. Be first in your own life and you will have endless buckets of delights to enjoy and share as you manifest your reality from the data you take in along with the request you make. If it feels good; YES! If it feels bad...its a resounding no. That easy. Get busy. Do YOU!

Feeling good is all that matters. Living your dreams; fully without reservation; in total abandonment; seeking your own; looks like the glowing, health-filled, wealth oriented respresentative you see in your mirror each day. Dreams and visions...DO U! DO U! DO U! at every opportunity.

YES and NO

Breathe and intend to quiet your mind...it will come to you; no one stole it, it is not lose, and you can not give it away. All that you are can be seen in everything around you. You created it by your attention toward it. If it feels good; continue that equates a YES! If it does not feel good the answer is NO! Turn your attention in the direction of that which feels good. Simply, easy Yes and No. 

ATTENTION!

Please speak kindly to your SOUL. That greater place within you that remembers who you are; why you came here; what you are making your focus.  Actually when you remember you will then quite possibly began to feel the energy; know it is your personal power and began to move with the flow you intended to experience, expand and enjoy. Your attention is required.

Volume!

A wish is a soft asking; it's just the beginning. From that start can come everything you want, to do, be, or have made manifest or revealed in your LIFE. Find your JOY by alignment with your asking; feel it and the power of it through your attention to your own emotions. In what volume does that asking take place?

Your Power

Being forward and positive about the motion and flow of your experience is of the utmost importance. It can help verify the eternal validity of your expression by just you noticing. That awareness in turn summons thought and as previously reported energy follows thought. Nothing you are seeking is out side your feeling the experience. Use your powers through the connection that tethers you to your source.

Energy Follows Thought

Your thoughts are power-filled and signal the energies associated with matter and light to manifest. Let it flow. Remember who you are and that the source of the signal and the flow of the energy come from the source within you. Each expression perfect. 

FEEL THE FLOW!

Feel the flow of Life as it gently reminds you of your eternalness. Feel the air circulating throughout your body; the ultimate ride en-fusing you with energy. Simple breathing does this. Awareness of it heightens it potential and possibilities as it nurtures and supports your experience. From this vantage feel the expansion of your life.

Appreciate Yourself As the Gift

Life is a wonderful and wonder-filled gift. All around every environment is the potential and possibilities that make our experience a unique expression of Life. Appreciate yourself and experience the gift.

When you began again; which is something you do every moment you recognize your life...let go. Flow into the depths contained within your own living experience and follow the thread home to that which you have been asking for. Breathe and feel the energy of life enter your body and listen gently in. When you connect with that which you truly are no one will be able to tarnish the reflection you have of yourself in any way. Believe in the eternal validity of your SOUL. It is your life experiencing you as you expand ALL-THAT-IS through the creation of your asking. Be Well.

From Rest!

"So where have you been?" my wonderful "MY-I" asked. "Exploring the world of inner beauty while learning to trust the evidence that makes me; ME!" is my answer I say. How about you? Have you been day dreaming and feeling good about the unfolding of your creation, all the experiences your life has been offering you through your asking? Are you recognizing the value of tuning in to who you really are and getting your true perspective and power and within it finding your own permanence? Yes you are indeed wonderfully made even though not fully understood or explained. Allow that to be the beginning of your JOY of being if you have not yet found your own.

Breathe and reflect. Pave your opportunities by thinking them into existence. Do this by focusing on what you would like. Stay focused on how you will feel, how you will expand your experience through just getting in touch with your own inner voice.

Tree Flower Meditation

Help develop your personal power of concentration using the "Tree Flower" meditation. From a standing position, focus on the breathe as it enters the body. Allow any tension to drop or melt away. Imagine your spine as the great roots and stalk of an erect tree. Trace it upward till you reach the top of your head where you will encounter this beautiful flower, your feet are actually the flower's root, feeling your natural nature connection stretch you psychically. You can imagine energy flow from the flower petals and roots to all areas of the tree your spine has become. Finish by allowing light to gently descend through the flower, down the spine into the roots ready now for your physical creative uses.

Many of movements, which we make within a day are really both in a biological and cellular sense, enhancing; while being totally involuntary. The breathe, the intake of the energy of air: an natural environment, which we can only observe and explain, that sustains physical experience and creative expansion. Sip air as though through a straw and feeling it enter your body, gaining the nurturing commutative inner properties of personal intuitive alignment and connection. Breathe at your own natural rhythm, count in any direction you choose or just allow what comes forward to be what you enjoy in the moment.
