Tree Flower Meditation

Help develop your personal power of concentration using the "Tree Flower" meditation. From a standing position, focus on the breathe as it enters the body. Allow any tension to drop or melt away. Imagine your spine as the great roots and stalk of an erect tree. Trace it upward till you reach the top of your head where you will encounter this beautiful flower, your feet are actually the flower's root, feeling your natural nature connection stretch you psychically. You can imagine energy flow from the flower petals and roots to all areas of the tree your spine has become. Finish by allowing light to gently descend through the flower, down the spine into the roots ready now for your physical creative uses.

The breathe, the intake of the energy of air: an natural environment, which we can only observe and explain, that sustains physical experience and creative expansion. Sip air as though through a straw and feeling it enter your body, gaining the nurturing commutative inner properties of personal intuitive alignment and connection. Breathe at your own natural rhythm, count in any direction you choose or just allow what comes forward to be what you enjoy in the moment.

Standing Meditation

The idea is to do meditation (connecting with your "YOU" by quieting your mind) any place, any time and any where. So here's an entrance to standing meditations. Stand erect, feet apart, parallel to each other, head and spine aligned. Lower body straight (no back curvature), do not strain or tense and tighten up. You should feel comfortable enough to maintain your stance 1-3 minutes in the beginning. You can add feeling the breathe as it enters your nose and counting down from 10 to 1. Easy, refreshing, and rejuvenating can be done any place, any time, and absolutely anywhere YOU are.
