Breathing IN

Focus on the natural rhythm of your breathe. Purposely extend your intake. It may be helpful if you think of this as sipping through a straw while thinking of your favorite beverage or taste. This can be done anywhere at anytime. AIR has the same LIFE supporting qualities that food or water intake has. The benefits to breathe meditations of this nature are the wonderful clearing affect this has with focus on both blood and lung clearing. Pay attention to how wonderfully you are made and experience the benefits of your natural state of being-ness.
