For those of us whom find the task of journaling or scripting to confining I suggest making lists. Short, outlined styled, one word steps to things that have occurred, are occurring or you would like to occur. Please include a list of all the things you like about YOU as well as various experiences you believe, see or feel that you would like to participate in.
