Simply steps to personal alignment start with simple tasks. Sipping in air as though through a straw and feeling the breathe as it enters your body at the tip of your nose are just to get you started. The wonderful benefits you personally receive from this life enhancing focus are just that; personal. I can tell you from personal practice its clearing, clarifying, healing, natural and nurturing and all I did was focus on the intake of air into the body. You can do this anytime or anywhere.
