In recent time we've taken to this new wave of communication, oh so mobile are we. But, the feel of a pen in your hand as the ink flows can be down right sensual. How ever you choose to communicate with your Life, your being of YOU just try taking the time to allow your expression through this form of meditation. Yes! Writing, drawing, stenciling, stamping, doodling all as forms of internal communication. Artist and Poets, Authors and Playwrights, Lyricist and Songwriters we all are when we take the time to listen within and view the symbols we create to communicate with ourselves.
