I say you are no longer dictated to by your responses. If that's the case this affirmation will move you forward: "I WILL DO WHAT I WANT, AND NOTHING ELSE!" Freedom is the absence of dominion. and its necessary for alignment with the JOY you seek and the gifts you want. Your physical experience of living your LIFE must reflect what you have chosen. It called simply...shifting.
