Catch a Moment

Most mornings or this one choose just breathe. Do this with ease while allowing knowing. Take three deep inhalations and exhalations at what is ever your most comfortable pace. Now relax and focus into any area of your body say your back, chest or heart. Feel or sense it brighten or warm up to your attention. Now take three more breathe but see the flow through this heightened center you've just felt. In the next three breathes bring in vitality, JOY and your personalized view or snaphot of expansion, inhale the energy of it and exhale the sureness of it. Done with eyes open or closed in virtually any environment you find yourself within, catch your moment and personalize it with just your breathing.
