Practicing Suggestive Meditation

Belief and seeing equals asking and what you ask for becomes. Try the following meditation for focusing on starting a new venture or to manifest personalized informational dreams. Prepare by writing out what you would like. Set the atmosphere by lighting a candle, burning some fragrant oils or incense or by using soft instrumental music. Quiet by counting and or feeling your air intake. Gently focus your inner awareness back to your writing. See yourself stepping into the reality of it and design your outcome. Return your focus to your counting or air intake. Among the benefits is the connection you make with your inner self in the moment and the encouragement you receive from your own innate personal insight and wisdom through dreams influenced by you for you.
