Find a peaceful space to spend the next five minutes. Take off your watch and focus on slowly turning what ever remaining sounds you hear around you down or off. Take a few deep breathes in, exhaling when you feel ready. This is the way to find the natural rhythms of your own body. When you sense this and you will, tell yourself you are going to relax and be very refreshed from this short session and you will be.
