You start from wherever you are. That wherever you are is your now. Take in the surroundings and as you observe them allow the thoughts that have been developing within you to come forward. Your truth comes from within you. Your truth is supported by your beliefs. Your truth validates your being and that truth has the knowing you seek when you ask a question. Go ahead and ask yourself first.
