All Right

Take a breathe and feel the air as it enters your body. Feel the soothing qualities and know its all right. Many times throughout your day return to this gentle format of just feeling the air enter your body. Think about what makes you, YOU! Think about the things you would like to experience and breathe into those longings the reality of their existence in your experience. Know that from within you it is really all right.
