Maybe a dream or a faint urge or feeling to do something in a different way. Rejuvenating yourself with the physical senses, moving aside for your intuitive senses to re energize the physical body while you sleep, allowing you to come in contact with your source. Replenishing you mentally, just as the breathes of air you take from your involuntary biological functions.
