As you begin the day, check in with how you feel. Ask yourself how do I feel? Listen to your body's reply. Then pre-pave or prepare your day by setting your intention for the day's activities. Take a few focused breathes. When you are aware, you feel yourself, you are actually full of you. Usually after a rest cycle you are refreshed mentally if not always physically. Check in with yourself through out your day by focusing on how you feel.
